There are a number of ways to be involved in the work of the Chase Youth Commission.

Apply to become a Chase Youth Commissioner or Teen Advisory Council member:

>> City Adult Application
>> County Adult Application

Apply to be a youth representative on a City or County board or commission.

Apply to be a member of the Chase Youth Foundation (adults only).
Submit Both: >>Board Application and >>Volunteer Profile

Apply to become a volunteer to help in specific projects or areas of support. Tell us what you’d like to do, or ask how you can help!
