MIDDLE SCHOOL – COURAGE

This young lady personifies the word courage, because she’s had to grow up watching her father endure chemotherapy treatments and countless visits to doctors and hospitals. Through it all she has continued to dance in the Nutcracker with the Spokane Symphony, teach dance classes, and help her mother and brother take care of her father. With grace and great faith she exhibits a positive outlook regardless of this difficult situation and even reaches out to help those in need. She continues to inspire others by showing great strength and courage in the face of adversity
