Jazzman Anderson is an entrepreneur, and servant leader. She earned her Bachelor of Science Degree in Sport Management from Lincoln College in 2018. Currently, she is the Digital Divide Instructor at YouthBuild Mclean County, where she earned her High School diploma.

Working at YouthBuild Mclean County has afforded Jazzman the opportunity to serve the community and inspire her to create a business that serves her community. Jai’luxe LLC provides stationery items for women in business along with self-defense keychains for women uncomfortable with legally carrying a handgun. She ensures that YouthBuild students are assisting with bridging the digital divide gap within the community. Jazzman is currently earning her Graduate Certificate in Marketing from the University of Phoenix.

In addition to continuing education and her full-time position at YouthBuild Mclean County, Jazzman is an advisory member of a working group called, “ Equitable Ecosystems”, through the Annie E. Casey Foundation. She is also a member of YouthBuild USA where is she has been appointed to special projects. Jazzman plans to continue trailblazing, not only in her family, but in her community, and eventually globally as well.
