Board Member

Kevin Bradley has been involved with youth work for about 23 years. He has served as a home interventionist and group home staff for the then-named Children's Foundation (now CHASI) and served as a school-youth outreach specialist with Project Oz.

However, the vast majority of his time has been spent developing young people within the walls of YouthBuild McLean County where he has served in a myriad of roles ranging from leadership development, employability coach, community service coordinator, mathematics instructor, and now currently, Education Director.

Kevin has a passion to see others excel. His students keep him indirectly involved with many other organizations, co-laboring with them as AmeriCorps members- to improve their communities through service to its most vulnerable populations. In addition Kevin has served as a member of the School Youth Truancy Review Board for Regional Office of Education #17 for McLean, DeWhitt, and Livingston County. Also, he has spent a combination of years serving as a missionary with The Navigators organization in local, national, and international ministry efforts.

Kevin holds a B.S. in Philosophy in Classical Languages, a B.A. in 5-12 Mathematics Education, and an M.S.Ed (Master's in Education Administration.)
